What we wash.

Driveways & Walks

Concrete, brick, bluestone, and pavers trap oil, moss, and road salt — especially in the joints where a regular wand can't reach. A rotary surface cleaner works across the whole surface evenly, so you get one clean finish instead of the streaks and stripes uneven cleaning leaves behind.

Outdoor Furniture

Teak, wicker, painted wood, and outdoor cushions all go gray in the salt air, but each one needs different pressure and different cleaners. Using the right method for each material removes the weathering without stripping the finish or damaging the fibers.

Decks & Patios

Salt air, sun, pine sap, and mildew all wear on a deck differently, and cedar, pressure-treated wood, composite, and stone each handle cleaning differently too. Matching the pressure and solution to the surface brings the color back without fuzzing the wood or etching the stone.

Roofs & Gutters

The black streaks on shingles are a type of algae that feeds on the limestone in the granules — pressure washing only clears the surface, so it grows back fast. A low-pressure soft wash kills it at the root, and clearing the gutters at the same time removes the debris that helps it return.

FAQs

Most 2,000 sq ft homes take 3–4 hours start to finish. Larger homes, multi-story, or heavy mildew jobs run into a full day. We'll give you a tight time estimate when we schedule.
Nope. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot and a clear walkway. Most of our customers are at work during the wash. We'll send before/after photos and a walkthrough video once we're done.
No, and this is the #1 thing cheap operators get wrong. We match pressure to the surface: soft wash (under 500 PSI) for siding, paint, and roofs; power wash for hardscape only. Plants get watered down before and after to dilute any runoff. Our solution is biodegradable.
Power washing uses high pressure (2,500+ PSI) to blast off dirt — great for concrete, terrible for siding. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill mold and algae at the root. For most Cape homes, 80% of the job is soft wash. Anyone pointing a power washer at your cedar shingles is doing it wrong.
On the Cape, once a year is ideal — salt air, pollen, and pine sap build up fast. Homes in shaded or wooded spots (north-facing, under pines) may need it twice a year. Driveways and decks every 1–2 years. Roofs every 3–5.
Late April through October is our main season. Spring (before Memorial Day) is our busiest — everyone wants their house clean before summer guests arrive. Fall is a great time for driveways and decks ahead of winter. We typically don't wash below 40°F.
In off-season (Nov–Mar) usually within a week. Spring and summer we're typically booked 2–3 weeks out. Emergency jobs (bird droppings before an event, post-storm cleanup) we'll try to squeeze in sooner — just ask.

Servicing Cape Cod & Surrounding Areas

Home to a wide range of weather conditions, including heavy snow in winter, and exposed to the salty sea air, the Massachusetts and Cape Cod area experiences an accumulation of grime that can be corrosive, as well as mold and mildew growth. We’re proud to serve homeowners and business owners throughout the area with our power washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning and window cleaning services.
